Sunday I took MIL back her RP and picked Max back up. He’s had quite the vacation and I could tell as soon as I walked into his stall. I immediately whacked him on the chest to back him into the corner and remind him who I was. I don’t think he was thrilled.
I had to have a short discussion with him when it came to loading but he quickly saw things my way. When we got home the girls were going nuts. I had kicked them off of the big bale earlier so they were already full of it but it only got worse once I turned Max loose. They ran and played and then quickly settled in.
My big bales are going fast! I sure hope I have enough to make it through the winter. I might have to start rationing it if they don’t slow down soon.
Nothing else is new. I *think* DH is back home so hopefully after the holiday I can start working with Lucy and Abby.

And, evidently it sounds like Max's rehabilitation time healed him up pretty good if he's running around.
